Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" specific chiropractic adjustments. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. David Mason has years of training and experience in spinal adjustments. Some of the techniques Dr. Mason utilizes include the following:

KinesioTaping is great for allowing the healing process to begin for sprains and strains and is also good for myofascial reinforcement. Dr. Mason frequently uses soft tissue manipulations, such as A.R.T or Graston Technique., in conjunction with the adjustment in order to relieve myofascial adhesions and nerve entrapments often associated with deconditioned joint mechanics.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is an age-old remedy and health practice found in all major civilizations, past and present, which ismassage2.png recognized for its health enhancing effects. The healing systems of many cultures, including our own, use hands-on therapy to soothe aches and pains, and facilitate the body's own healing powers. From infancy to old age, massage therapy has been found to enhance general health and well-being. Our Licensed Massage Therapist offer a wide range of different approaches and techniques designed to meet your massage therapy needs. We offer 30 minute, 60 minute & 90 minute massage sessions.

Some of the massage techniques we offer include the following: Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, PNF Stretches, Lymphatic, Pre-Natal and Swedish.

Spinal Decompression Therapy

Mason Chiropractic Health & Wellness is also proud to offer an effective option for patients seeking treatment (and possibly contemplating surgery) with disc bulges, disc herniations, degenerative disc disease and arthrosis/stenosis often found in the lumbar and cervical spine. Spinal Decompression is an FDA approved, non-surgical way to get pain relief from a serious problem. It is safe, painless, and effective. Contact us today for a free consultation to determine if you are a candidate for Spinal Decompression Therapy.

Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Lifestyle Advice

We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. We recognize that each individual patient is unique, and helping them reach true health and wellness is a collaborate effort between our professionals and the patient.

Nutritional Counseling

We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient's return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Dr. Mason can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs. Whole food based nutrition is Dr. Mason's recommendation.

Spinal & Postural Screenings

Posture and spinal screenings can reveal important health information and unlock the door to improved health and well-being. We provide screenings at area malls, community events, health fairs and places of employment. Contact us today to arrange a screening at your event or workplace.
