Welcome to our New Patient Management Center!

Arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be a nerve racking experience. Paperwork to fill out, new faces and names to learn, and getting to know your way around the office; this can hit the senses all at the same time causing overload.

In contrast, at Mason Chiropractic Health & Wellness our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnecessary tension and make you feel comfortable. You will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your home.

After you schedule your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to our New Patient Health and History form online. Just complete it at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment and we will have all your information when you arrive. Our goal is for your experience in our office to create peace and encouragement toward your health and wellness.

Also, you can look over What to Expect and Your First Visit to help answer some of the questions you may have regarding care at our office or chiropractic care in general.
Once you arrive at our office, you will be greeted by a team member before Dr. Mason comes up to meet you. Feel free to take a Virtual Office Tour to see what we look like before you arrive!

  • "I was experiencing a stiff neck and painful low back with limited ranges of motion. My results were much improved range of motion and low back pain was eliminated. After adjustments and a couple of massages, I played my best round of golf of the year - pain free!"
